1:1- This is a sensual yoga based class utilizing the yoga trapeze to hold, stretch, elongate, and support your sensual movements. You'll tap into your divine feminine to feel sexier in your everyday life and develop a stronger connection to your sensuality, your body and your breath Couple- This session is a unique combination of tantra, my sensual yoga trapeze couples poses and mat based yoga. This session provides grounding, gratitude and intentional appreciation for you and your partner/ lover/ friend. Group- You and your friends will tap into their divine feminine while creating mesmerizing movement. This is great for celebrations like birthdays, engagement, graduation or a self care bonding event. Friend groups and poly amorous couples are welcome. *All sessions are private and curated to meet your needs and sensual goals. No experience necessary, all fitness levels are welcome.
